Great video brother man I feel the same I am having a great time on xdefiant I feel like a teenager again cod 4 was my first and favorite cod … and gaming isn’t the same at least imo as far as having a full squad of friends or even running into people from the uk or other countries in cod it was a great time to be alive … unfortunately adulthood takes a toll on us and is hard to enjoy the little things when u have real life struggles. Havent bought a cod since bo2, and i really liked that gamw back than without sbmm and all that stupid shit just plain fun with random people with that voice chat was hilarious. I think less is more in cod. But they always do more than needed

When I first started playing xdefiant, I was immediately slapped with the reality that I should probably get good and get better. Although cod is a part of my childhood, I have to agree that it probably baby walked me, not realizing how "bad" I actually am lol. That's why in the recent update with TDM I don't play that mode (because I keep getting bodied + 80 ping because my internet sucks) and would rather play the other modes with objectives, because that's what I'm mainly trying to focus now. In the shooting part, I noticed that I'm getting slightly better, my aim is getting better (but still dogwater at best lol), my K/D is bad, more deaths than kills, but in time my kills are just about as many as my deaths. The whole idea of getting many kills and few deaths or the whole killing streak thing is honestly becoming brain rot the more I realize it.

I got my KD better in this game, and I've played the objective, and I still strongly dislike this game. I can admit it's a well-made game, it just isn't fun to me. I did the whole "git gud" thing (made myself worse at Siege in the process but here we are, this is what happens when you "git gud" in a casual game) and I still don't enjoy it. Whatever, to each their own.

I managed to kick 2 bad franchises because of xdefiant. I finally got off windows and onto linux while being able to play my favorite games. The setup was tedious AF but worth it to get away from the ad infested ai infected chinese level spying trash OS that windows has become. The steamdeck is steams greatest achievement, it has made linux relevant to game devs again, and the work done for compatibility to get games going on steam deck directly helps all linux users. Would still rather be on vista or xp if it were possible to bring them up to snuff 😅

I genuinely don’t get how you play in the biggest bot lobbies I’ve ever seen for every gameplay you post. Then claim others are bad cause their whole team is getting eaten alive every game😭😭. You’ve literally said yourself hundreds of times, that without SBMM, the games should feel mor balanced. Yet it just seems one team is stacked and the other isn’t. Exactly like ALL fps games in recent years😭. Literally have 5-6 games where my team is beyond useless, where the other teams averaging double my teammates kills. And then I’ll get 2 games where I’m the goat, then back to 5-6 more of the other games. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THATS NOT SBMM.

I miss CoD4 so much. I started playing in 09'. Recording by 2010. Played up until Modern Warfare 2019. It's not that I don't love CoD, it's that CoD no longer loves us. They abandoned so many things that made the game fun. Appreciate you for always providing us content over the years. Thanks for switching to xDefiant as well. I've had similar feelings

Loved this commentary. Nice to see that games can still bring that wonderful nostalgia. What disappoints me is that BO6 looks like it's really gonna be something. Unfortunately EOMM is going to make that something... not good. It hurts. I've been watching the multiplayer overview and everything just thinking about how fun it'd be to get my friends to all get on so we can have another CoD phase. But they all quit. The matchmaking is going to be terrible. And it's so heavily preordered that they have no need to address the matchmaking.

Man when COD was the best game in the world and everyone at school or work was talking about it. COD4 through BO2 was peak COD. Everything was COD; Mt Dews, Doritos and every local tourney. I haven't touched COD in years as it's gone down the tubes so far. Thanks for the memories!

I feel the rust. Since God ghost only fps I've played is a couple months of destiny 2 and rb6. So xdefiant is a struggle at times.
